Oil tempered to 58-60 HRC, the blades are sharpened at a precise 20-degree angle for exceptional cutting performance. Our Damascus is 100% real, made from a combination of 1095 high carbon steel and 15N20 nickel steel, folded repeatedly to create 384 unique layers. After forging, the blades are acid-etched to reveal the striking contrast between the nickel’s satin tone and the high carbon’s blackish-gray pattern. Each handle is high-polished for a comfortable grip, while the blades are given a razor-sharp edge. No CNC machines are used—every knife is fully handmade by skilled artisans.
