This stunning custom lot includes 5 handmade hammered Damascus steel chef knives with overall lengths ranging from 10.0" to 13.0". Each blade is oil-tempered to 58-60 HRC and sharpened at a precise 20-degree angle for superior cutting performance. All our Damascus blades are genuine, not just acid-etched patterns. They are crafted from a combination of 1095HC and 15N20 nickel carbon steel, heated together and folded repeatedly to achieve 384 distinctive layers. After forging, the blades are acid-treated to reveal the striking contrast between nickel’s satin color and high carbon steel’s blackish gray, showcasing the unique layered Damascus design. Every knife is meticulously polished, and the handles are hand-finished to perfection. These knives are 100% handmade with no CNC machining, ensuring true craftsmanship in every piece.
